batteries problem on Palm m100
I want to use my old Palm m100 as a remote control, but there are some problems.
The capacitor is faulty (so the data is lost constantly). But I have had a different kind of problem apart from this.
I have used once a 3.7 V Nokia battery instead of the two AAA standard batteries, and it looks like something has gone wrong, because if I want to use the two standard batteries again, the Palm doesn't turn on.
I have to use 4 standard AAA batteries, or the 3.7 V Nokia battery in order to make it work.
Does anybody have an idea of which part could be broken? And why? (too much electricity I guess).
